RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy overview
I, Ollie Moto, or anyone acting on behalf of Ollie Moto (“I” or “me”), offer you, the customer (“You”), the right to a refund within 14 days of purchase, and a further 14 days to return the items to me. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, and the return is not in my possession, unfortunately, I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and still have all the labels attached.
To complete your return, please contact me. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where I reserve the right to reject refunds or provide partial refunds:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error, or is not in a resaleable condition.
– Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.
refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus original shipping costs). This can take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card.
late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Please then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
specific items
– Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
– Bespoke items: Any bespoke items, such as custom First Aid kits, cannot be refunded.
exchanges
I reserve the right to only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact me to discuss. If your exchange is approved, you must then send your item to the address provided to you via email.
return shipping
To return your product, please refer to email you received after your return has been approved. If you haven’t received this, please contact me.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be refunded, and any subsequent shipping costs for exchanges will be deducted from your refund, if applicable. If you live outside the UK you will be required to arrange your own postage, and you are wholly responsible for any customs or import duties incurred on receipt in the UK. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For all return shipping you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can never guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
